Neo-Historical Milestone 3

Milestone 3

The original design got changed a bit to more resemble the Rococo influence, with the addition of the stairs, the elongated front yard, the pond, the surrounding foliage and pillars. The furniture inside was scrapped as it didn't look enough in the chosen style and are currently being remodeled.

Neo-Historical Proposal

Neo-Historical Set Proposoal

Styles Mixed: Japanese/Korean Cafes with French Rococo

For my Neo-Historical set design I would like to create a Japanese/Korean cafe based in the time period of Marie Antoinette's French Rococo style. I feel like these two concepts would work very well together as both combine soft pastel colours. I find the extravagance of the Rococo period to be absolutely visually stunning and such a fascinating style, in fact Rococo is actually one of my favorite art periods.
